Nicolette Sahner graduated from an extensive 2200 hour Massage Therapy Program and became a Registered Massage Therapist over 20 years ago. She brings many years of extensive clinical experience from a variety of fields, as well as advanced training and learning in areas of Myofascial Techniques, T.M.J Dysfunction and specific sports techniques to name just a few. This has helped make her an effective therapist in treating a variety of conditions including shoulder dysfunctions, acute neck problems and injuries, headaches, lower back problems, sports massage and repetitive injuries. Nicolette also brings experience from spa settings and can provide relaxation massage that helps restore the body, manage stress and improve overall wellbeing. Her approach to treatment is to create an effective treatment plan that looks to help resolve the source of the concern and allow the patient to move towards a more functional state.
