Gillian is a co-owner and physiotherapist at GRSM. She graduated from McMaster University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Physiotherapy. Her interest in orthopaedics led her to become a certified manual and manipulative therapist (Part A) in 2000. Gillian has focused her practice on treating lower extremity dysfunction and biomechanical and pathological conditions of the foot and ankle.

Gillian no longer practices clinically on a regular basis, and instead focuses her time on clinical consults and management of both GRSM locations.

SPORTS MEDICINE

Physicians at GRSM specialize in sports medicine and are certified with the Canadian Academy of Sport Medicine (CASM) . Our physicians provide expert medical care for both high performance athletes, recreational athletes and active individuals.

Physiotherapy at GRSM focuses on sport- and activity-specific rehabilitation. Our goal is to return you to your activity as soon and as safely as possible.

CHIROPRACTIC

Active Release Therapy is a patented, state-of-the-art massage technique. The technique is soft tissue system/movement-based and treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves.

MASSAGE THERAPY

Our Registered Massage Therapists use preventative and restorative therapies to help you maintain, rehabilitate and improve physical function or relieve your pain.

ATHLETIC THERAPY

Our Certified Athletic Therapists use a full range of treatments to rehabilitate, prevent injury and help you return safely to your sports and other activities.

FOOT ORTHOTICS

Most foot problems are avoidable with proper preventative foot care and maintenance. Our goal at Feet on the Go is to provide the highest quality nursing foot care as a first line of defense against those foot issues that can detrimentally affect overall health and quality of life.
