Hockey Resources & Education

In 2022-23, Grand River Sports Medicine (GRSM) partnered with the Kitchener Minor Hockey Association and had registered physiotherapists at GRSM produce educational videos for hockey players, coaches and parents.  The goal was to enhance physical literacy, prevent injury and increase performance. We are excited to empower players through education that can enhance their hockey journey and overall physical health.
