Adrian is a registered Massage Therapist and joined our Kitchener location in April 2022. He is a graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (Cambridge). Adrian’s previous work experience gave him the opportunity to treat a variety of orthopedic conditions such as patellar femoral syndrome and adhesive capsulitis. He focuses primarily on sports massage and he enjoys treating sports-related injuries from athletes participating in a wide variety of recreational and competitive sports (hockey, volleyball, running and weightlifting). Adrian is also a Certified Personal Trainer.
As a former national level sprinter, he enjoys going for runs in his spare time. His other hobbies include staying active by playing basketball and reading novels in his down time.

Active Release Therapy is a patented, state-of-the-art massage technique. The technique is soft tissue system/movement-based and treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves.

Our Registered Massage Therapists use preventative and restorative therapies to help you maintain, rehabilitate and improve physical function or relieve your pain.

ATHLETIC THERAPY
Our Certified Athletic Therapists use a full range of treatments to rehabilitate, prevent injury and help you return safely to your sports and other activities.

FOOT ORTHOTICS
Most foot problems are avoidable with proper preventative foot care and maintenance. Our goal at Feet on the Go is to provide the highest quality nursing foot care as a first line of defense against those foot issues that can detrimentally affect overall health and quality of life.
