April 8, 2013: The Spring Schedule is underway! One schedule change: the 630pm and 730pm classes on Wednesday have been combined into one kick-ass class with Meaghan!

December 22nd 2012: WORKSHOP UPDATE: Dec 27th Pilates II at 1230pm and Dec 29th Ballet Core at 9am are a GO! There is still room in both if you would like to drop in!

June 30, 2012: Pilates programming at GRSM Kitchener will not be running this summer. Sorry for any inconvenience.
June 29, 2012: The Summer session starts July 3rd. There have been a few scheduling changes. Monday at 7:30pm will be BOSU instead of T.B.T. The following classes have been cancelled:
- Monday 6:30pm Core Connexion
- Tuesday 9:30am Triple Circuit
- Wednesday 6:30pm BOSU

June 4, 2012: Dana is officially on mat leave (no baby yet) and class coverage is as follows: all Monday T.B.T will be taught by Meaghan. Saturday June 9th and 16th Core Connexion will be taught by Sara. June 23rd will be taught by Michelle and June 30th will be taught by Meaghan.
June 1, 2012: Come out to celebrate GRSM’s 10 year Anniversary! There will be an Open House on June 27th from 430-630pm!
