General Information

You can make appointments in person or you can call (519) 622 4529 (Cambridge) or (519) 571-7111 (Kitchener).  Please give us with at least 24-hours notice if you need to cancel. 

Costs Covered by Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP):

Most physician assessments and services are covered by OHIP.

Costs Not Covered by OHIP:

• Physiotherapy, athletic therapy, massage therapy, chiropractic, nutrition, high performance
• Braces and orthotic devices 

You must pay for all services at the time you receive them.  Most extended health insurance plans or benefits programs include coverage for these services.
